The commissioned work is for personal use only. Unless stated otherwise.

You may repost the work to your own website or social media as long as you provide credit:

Please credit me (@_avenoire) on Twitter and/or Instagram if you decide to post your commissioned work anywhere.

The customer is required to use the signed and watermarked version of the commission when posting it online.

Please provide references. Reference images are preferred. If you have text descriptions, please send them in bullet form.

I will only begin working on the commission after full payment.

Major revisions (pose, facial expression, composition) are only allowed during the early sketching phase.

Minor revisions (after the sketching phase; i.e. color changes) are only allowed during the base/flat coloring phase.

No revisions allowed after the flat/base coloring phase is finalised.

No refunds. Unless I am unable to complete the commission.

I own all rights to the work. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.

I am allowed to refuse/decline services for commission topics I don't feel comfortable with.

My commissions typically take 30 days to finish, but I will be requesting for an extension (within reason) in the event that I am not able to complete the commission within that time limit.

I will be sending progress photos through vgen chat through each step of the commission and confirm each stage of the process with you. If I do not hear back within 3 days (unless given prior notice) I will move on to the next stage.

Revisions or corrections after 3 days of me sending you a progress update will be ignored. Thank you!

Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.
